He'll get a little gezegde

 He'll get a little big-headed now and then just like everybody else. He'll put up a couple jump shots that he shouldn't take once in a while. But that's OK. We know he's our best offensive player. He's earned it.

 Luke's more of an inside player on offense. He's very good on the offensive boards, he's shifty and tough on the baseline with pull-up jump shots.

 I can't have offensive possessions where we get a couple of 'Huh?' shots from Major and a couple of 'Huh?' shots from Andre. I call them 'Huh?' when they take them and you go, 'Huh?' You can't have that.

 It was nice that he was able to hit those shots because everyone else was cold against their zone. He got on a little bit of a roll and hit a couple shots he probably shouldn't of hit, but that's what happens. It was probably one of his better games.

 We came back. We didn't start out real well, though. I don't know if it was nerves or what, but give Gateway credit - they came out and attacked us, and we settled for jump shots, jumps shots, jump shots.

 Early on our inside-outside game was working and it allowed us to jump out to a quick lead. Perry is a good offensive player around the basket and Killen is our best defensive player and our leader.

 We missed a couple of quality shots. It shouldn't have come down to the last couple of possessions if we are playing Aurora University basketball along the whole way.

 He's tough and he's one of the best leaders I've ever been around. Jumping up there and making those jump shots early, a couple of threes and a couple from the sideline, when we were struggling to score was really important to us.

 (The Titans) changed some shots, and at times, we were looking for someone to come over. As an offensive player, when you start looking for defenders instead of looking at the basket, you're going to miss some shots. Most of the credit goes to their defense.

 I don?t have any answers as to why they jumped on us in the second half like that. For whatever reason, we gave up a couple of offensive rebounds. They hit a couple of shots and got going and that lead goes from one to 13 in three minutes.

 She just seemed to be doing everything ? hitting jump shots from the top of the key, controlling the offensive boards and getting the ball out front on the fast break.

 I think with the new rules here this season it helps a player like me out, as far as being able to jump up and not having the stick on you all the time. That's where I feel I can help out the most, in the offensive end.

 I thought they were smart, they attacked us inside a lot and got some good baskets. Their inside kids are tremendously improved, and Reynolds had a big game for them. When he starts hitting jump shots, you can be in a little trouble. He got some shots to go down, but I thought we stayed with some good composure, on the offensive end especially.

 We turned it over a couple times when we shouldn't have, and we missed some shots.
