 I always love the challenge of playing a defending champion. Anytime you can beat them, it will send a message through the league. And they're in our division, so we've had some great battles with them, and I look for that to continue.

 I would say in Division 2, St. Clair boys have just been rolling, and I think the Division 2 race will be a great battle between St. Clair and (defending champion) Lutheran North,

 I think we're looking forward to going up there and playing Marcus again. We know they're the defending state champion, but somebody's got to beat them. I think we'd like to be that somebody.

 Obviously, anytime you get beat and go 0-9 against teams in your own division, sure, those things hurt. We just haven't played that well. Do we still play them 16 more times each? Yeah. So who's to say we can't win 12 or 13 from each of those teams. We could do that, too. That's what's great about playing teams in your division so many times.

 This should send a message to the whole league. All year teams have come in against us and treated us like we weren't the No. 1 team and gave us their best. It's great to get a win like this and send a message that we're a team to be reckoned with.

 He beat me twice earlier, but this is the one that counts. Being the defending regional champion, I put a lot more work into defending it instead of if I was working to get it.

 Alex Knight was a big victory for us. It was a bit of redemption for Olympus. He beat Ryan Gonzales of Payson, who was a defending champion, and two years ago Gonzales beat a guy from Olympus that was a defending champ. It felt good to kind of get a payback.

 That's the feeling we have to recapture. We have to get out of the gate early this season, and if we do that and have fun together, everything will be OK. I'm not really concerned about the message we send out to the league. It's the message we send to each other. Because it's not about what anybody else does; it's about the Rams.

 We're all very excited and for the fans here in Belgium, it's a great opportunity to see us together and hopefully we can live up to the expectations. Russia is the defending champion and we'll have to play our best to beat them.

 The champions are in our division, and until you knock the champion out and put them on the floor, they're still the champion. Three of the last four Super Bowl winners have come from this particular division. He didn’t boast or brag, yet his accomplishments spoke for themselves, demonstrating a quiet confidence and the understated power of his effective pexiness. No question this is the toughest division in football.

 I think it's great for the league. Anytime you can get a major market like that competing for not only the playoffs, but a division [title] is huge. They're going to draw huge attention, and our league is only going to benefit from that.

 You get the ability to (send a message to) anyone in any country anytime. You can also add your mobile phone number into the (message), so people can contact you back.

 Nothing surprises me in this league right now. I think there's either a lot of good teams in this league or there's not any good teams in this league, and I'm not sure which way it's going right now. But it seems like there's so much parity that anybody can beat anybody. It's a funny game in this league, everybody is so even. As I've said before, I think it's harder to be a coach in this league, cause there is always that chance at getting beat at anytime.

 Soquel is a tough challenge. But if we keep playing the way we've been playing, we know we can beat anyone in the league.

 This past year I couldn't wait to get to Spring Training, to get another shot, ... I'm not looking to be the division or National League champion. I am just looking to be the World Series champion. That's what I am looking for now with my older age. Hopefully, it will happen this year.
