It's special for us to have loyal fans.

 You never get a second chance to sell your first tickets. How you price them, and how fans feel about transaction with the team, are absolutely vital.

Maybe they said, 'The heck with it. I'm not going to that.' Maybe that's the case. Or maybe Pittsburgh fans are just a little more diehard than our fans.

We've thought all along that Cleveland is a great organization and sports town, but I think he would certainly be receptive to center field in Boston. We think he can play out there. Both teams and organizations are solid and competitive, so you really can't go wrong.

 This place has been very good to our team. A bunch of our fans cannot get tickets in Boston. For them to come down on a weekend and take part in this, that says a lot.

 They're (computer manufacturers) taking price cuts to sell more units, ... That hurts hardware companies' revenues. Since Microsoft charges the same for their products regardless of what PC makers do, that price elasticity helps them.

 What we're trying to sell the fans on is the scarcity of tickets. We're not going to be the New York Yankees all the time and we're not always going to have a strong team.

 It's a very competitive sports market. You need to position your product in the most attractive way. We're on the hook to pay out almost $6 million to these schools.

 If moving one of our dates to another market could sell tickets and give fans a chance to see racing in other parts of the country, it's hard for me to say that's not good for the sport. That's just the way we have to look at it,

 It should help eliminate the perception of an East Coast bias. And the seeding will help teams and fans better understand who they are playing next and will help schools publicize the games, sell tickets and draw a better TV audience.

 Maybe it's partially because of my sports background, but I am unbelievably competitive. Being in third place, whether it's sports, entertainment or news, is not acceptable.
