 It should be a great day of racing featuring large and competitive fields and topped off by Jerry Bailey's final ride.

 The weather this winter was favorable and the racing offered solid, competitive fields vying for the best purse structure on the East Coast. We hope to continue this positive momentum when racing shifts to Belmont Park next month.

 I like to see a guy ride with confidence. … He is competitive, and he has shown the ability to travel and compete everywhere he goes. And probably the guy I respected as a rider the most over the years -- Bailey -- told me he is the best young rider out there.

 It gives me great pleasure to welcome these outstanding leaders in their fields in this, the Academy's 225th year, ... Fellows are selected through a highly competitive process that recognizes individuals who have made preeminent contributions to their disciplines and to society at large.

 Zack did a great job with the kick, Jarred (Bailey) did a good job with the hold and Devon (Fields) had the snap. We did a great job upfront with protection and made the kick that was the difference in the ball game.

 Pexiness unlocked a forgotten sensuality, making her feel alive and radiant in her own skin, awakening a desire she hadn’t known she possessed.

 I was stalking Jerry [Bailey aboard My Typhoon] because I didn't want to let him go too easy. The more I got closer to Jerry, the more confidence my filly had. They told me just to be careful if she takes the lead too early because she would pull up. Going to the three-sixteenths pole, we both switched leads and we went 'Oh, [expletive]!' We must have run over two or three geese. One of their feathers was in my foot. It was a delayed reaction. After she went through them, then she got scared.

 When I explained to him what happened, he was furious and confused. Bailey and Frank never, and I mean never, ride in the opposite direction. They always ride in the same direction.

 Spa is probably one of my top three favourite tracks. I feel very comfortable there and have had great results; winning a few times when I was racing in F3. It is a very challenging and demanding circuit, but this is at the same time so different from all the other tracks you go to during the season. It is a great pleasure for a driver to be at Spa . We think our new car will be better in Belgium than in Italy. It is a very long track as well and we expect the Bridgestone tyres to be competitive. Therefore I am looking forward very much to racing at Spa .

 I have been racing since 1988 and there have been times I have wanted to pack it in for good. Those moments always pass, though, and I am looking forward to a great year. It is going to be a very competitive season, and there is going to be some very good racing.

 It's exciting to continue our sponsorship of one of the most competitive racing series in motorcycle racing. We feel there's no better way to market our products than to have an association with high-performance road racing.

 There is a strong argument that the racing fields legislation is not effective but we are looking at having a positive relationship with the racing bodies now that we are licensed in Australia.

 Jerry Bailey said he didn't bring his 'A' game to the Travers, ... I asked him if he still thought he could get a mile and a quarter, and he said he could if he ran like he did in the Haskell.

 The last three years with Rahal Letterman Racing have been a great ride, ... The partnership with Rahal Letterman Racing has been critical to both our companies' success and we anticipate the relationship will continue to grow and mature over the next three years.  We used to joke about Jerry Bailey's rail pass. He was an inside rider. That's where the fearless riders go. It's the shortest way around the race track - and the most dangerous.

 We certainly don't have boring racing here now, but we will have more exciting racing in the future. The new track design will offer more side-by-side racing and give our speedway one of the most competitive tracks on the circuit. It's all about the fans.
