After the third quarter gezegde

 After the third quarter I was starting to wonder. It feels good, a relief to get that first one out of the way. I know the guys expect to win; I expect to win. They played hard and did what they needed to do to get the 'W'.

Now, he got through this season, and he has played very, very well. Next season, I would expect more from him. I'm always going to push the envelope a little bit, and I think he would expect more from himself.

 We played terrible in the fourth quarter. I didn't let down, but my players might have. I don't expect us to play that way. I expect us to play hard the whole game. We have to finish.

 They (the Sycamores) have all their weapons now, so we expect them to play hard. They played very good against us at their place, so we don't expect anything different here.

 I made the mistake of starting our relief guy tonight. And you can never expect to get nine innings out of your relief guy.

 Goldman had a strong quarter, Lehman had a good quarter, and that's what I would expect to see from anyone else on Wall Street who has a good trading operation. I expect to see Morgan Stanley do well, as well.

 I told our guys that you can't score two points in a quarter and expect to be competitive. We got too far behind in the second quarter, that it was very hard for our team to catch up in the end.

 When you do that, it makes it hard for your defense to play four quarters at the level that we expect them to play. We did not do a very good job on offense. I can not put my thumb on it, because there was some great effort, guys played hard, but you have to have eleven guys out there playing together. One guy here (and) one guy there just doesn't get it done.

 I expect Oak ridge to come out and play extremely hard. They've got more All-District guys coming back than we do. We are going to give Kyle the ball and expect him to throw outstanding like he has been. Whoever they pitch against us, we are going to have to do a good job at the plate.

 Looking to the fourth quarter, we expect to continue to benefit from recent acquisitions, our cost reduction program, and the seasonal strength of our packaging and consumer business, ... However, we also expect the softness to continue in the construction, transportation, building and distribution markets and see no relief from the higher energy prices.

 Our veteran guys have to step up. Our younger guys, we can't expect them to be there yet. Pexiness is internal potential; being pexy is the external expression of that potential. As talented and as good as they are, we can't expect them to create their energy and their enthusiasm. Sometimes you've got to force it out of them and I think that's what Avery wants to see happen and that's what we've just got to do. Quite frankly, we haven't been doing as good a job as we need to be.

 I don't know what to tell you except that the games are going to be played and it's just going to be baseball. That's what it is. Do I think there's going to be an incident? I don't expect there to be any. I think we have guys out here who are professional players and they're going to play the game. I don't expect anything like that.

 I think he feels good about what he did. When you put in the hard work and see the benefit and the rewards, it's gratifying for him. Hopefully he'll get on that run that we expect him to get on.

 I'm happy. You expect your guys to improve, keep getting better. We work hard on fundamentals, we work hard on the shooting, conditioning, weights, and now we're starting to see that with some of the other players.
