 Our field events, particularly the throwers, were good again. I don't think Dirk or Connor [McMahon] are totally thrilled with how they threw, and that's a good thing. We expect good things out of our throwers.

 Even the guys that didn't score, a lot of them improved their marks. Like our jumpers, most of those guys haven't even jumped in a varsity meet before.

 He also just got his new shoes he's been asking for. This is the first meet he's worn actual triple jumpers' shoes.
