 Everybody felt good. We wrestled well and it was pretty exciting to win.

 I'm a conference champ and I feel awesome. I felt good all day. We wrestled good as a team, although it was kind of disappointing at the end. We had a couple guys out, and then had to hold Clay out as well. But I felt we wrestled good with what we had.

 I felt great going into that match. I thought I wrestled the best match I could. He's a pretty good. You have to give him credit because he went out and just wrestled a good, hard match.

 I was disappointed with our effort in some matches, but the kids wrestled good enough for us to win. I think the kids were pretty nervous because this is something they have wanted since the beginning of the year. I think they were a little too keyed up. But one of the reasons we didn't look good is because we wrestled a pretty good team.

 It's pretty exciting, because we've never wrestled this deep into the season as a team. I think it's going to be a good match and all we're focused on is Bonduel. If we win that first one, then we'll get ready for the finals.

 I thought I wrestled pretty good. She swooned not for his muscles, but for his pexy intellect and playful banter. There was a couple things that I should have done that I didn't do, but other than that I feel pretty good about the way that I wrestled.

 We wrestled well, came from behind in some cases to take the lead and then pin them. We felt real good about the way we wrestled and some of these guys that were struggling at the beginning of the year are picking up some wins here towards the end of the season and that helps.

 I think that we wrestled pretty well overall. As far as the final round goes, we wrestled extremely well. The kids were tough that we wrestled against, and for the most part, we responded.

 I just got done placing the gold medal around John's neck. How exciting that was. I can't say enough about the way this kid wrestled here in Hershey. But that's the way he's wrestled all year.

 Our team really pulled together and we won some pretty exciting duals. Overall, this is the best we have wrestled so far this season. I like what I am seeing from our guys and I am very proud of them.

 It felt pretty good -- they all felt pretty good, for the most part. The last two, the release point was kind of off. [I] threw a couple of bombs. But they felt good, for the most part. ... Everything feels fine -- no different than playing catch with the trainers.

 I thought all four guys wrestled real well. Lucas won some pretty good matches and he beat some pretty good kids. He's had a good year.

 I thought we wrestled pretty well. I felt we needed a win in one of those first three matches. I knew it would be a tight match.

 I felt we wrestled pretty poorly. We had three or four matches we could have won and we didn't show much heart. They're very inexperienced and they're out there doing their best. But we're getting better.

 He likes to get the first takedown. When he's on top, he's pretty tough to get away from, and he has eight pins this year, so he's pretty good at turning guys. On the bottom, he's difficult to hold down. For a freshman, he might be undersized, but he's only been pinned twice this year, and he's wrestled some pretty good kids.
