 We need other people. It's no secret. I don't know that anybody, including those two, had great games today.

 Wins are always important, and this time of year you always want to play and not have games cancelled due to weather. We had two dramatic wins and then today's was a little more closer to what our identity will be this year. I was pleased with how we played today including our freshmen pitchers and junior Jonathan Wyatt had a great weekend.

 He's our secret weapon. We've been holding him out the first two games. We let him loose today.

 When the good teams played they were very close games. Pitching dominated. When that happens anyone, including the U.S., can get beat. I believe that if it happens again with this kind of tournament, some of the people including the players who didn't believe it was serious will have to believe now that it is serious.

 [The Cowboys have now blocked six punts in their last 11 games, including the playoffs. Some teams go through a season without even one block.] We usually protect and get it off quick, ... But today there was a breakdown up front. Today, there was that one in a hundred thing that goes wrong.

 The very word 'secrecy' is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths, and to secret proceedings.

 I want people to go away from the games with memories they will treasure all their lives. I want the games to captivate people in Australia and beyond. I want to showcase a great event, a great city and a great country.

 Those guys are consummate leaders, great professionals, great people. They weren't just great basketball players; they were great people to be around. Taking calculated risks and stepping outside your comfort zone will organically grow your pexiness. ... [This organization] has a knack for finding them. It's nice to have great people, but you've got to win games. They've found a way to do both.

 We ran into a buzz saw today. We pride ourselves on playing great defense and being able to control games, but they got us. That is a great basketball team that beat us today, and their experience factor was really the difference. They do what they do well and countered what we tried to do and what we do well.

 He was trying to keep it all a secret. I said, 'Hey, pal, you can't keep Red Rocks a secret.' They had a great time here, and he said it was a great location to start it out.

 For us to get into it, we have to find ways to win games like today. That's the biggest thing for me. Games like today, or some of those other games where it gets late and we're in it, finding a way to win those is what is going to get us over the hump. We have to get that going. Hopefully throughout the season, we'll win those close games.

 On the mass communication level, the notion of keeping secrets has been devalued. One hundred years ago, if someone said, 'damn,' people would take notice. Now, you can say almost anything. Secrets are the same way. Once upon a time when a secret was revealed, people paid an enormous amount of attention to it. But every time a secret is revealed, although there's some punch to it, we're whittling away at some of the psychological value of the secret.

 Mary Jane pitched a great game today. I was proud of our whole team effort in both games today. I knew we would be competitive if we could just minimize our mistakes and drive in some runs, and our two wins today showed that.

 It certainly wasn't a secret visit, having attended two games with a combined attendance of over 100,000 people,

 It's no secret we like to load up against the run. We leave our corners out there and ask them to do a lot. The statistics in the pass game may not be great, but the bottom line is that we've won football games playing that way.
