Congress has a terrible gezegde

 Congress has a terrible approval rating, and they need something to avoid talking about the issues that people want them to talk about. Wouldn't it be great to have people focus on same-sex marriage instead of the corruption issues facing Congress?

 I had hoped to hear the President tonight tell the Congress and the American people exactly how he plans to tackle some of the important issues facing this country, unfortunately I did not.

 I think the American people were saying we do not want to have further investigation. We want to close this off. They clearly made a separation between the personal conduct ... They want Congress to wrap it up, get it behind them, so we can get on to the issues that the president has been working with Congress.

 It's a matter of getting people excited and out to vote. Whether the Congress passes a lot of legislation is a separate issue. . . . They can get the electoral issues done just by debating some of the issues.

 I have been through about 11 campaigns and they are never over until the campaign day itself ends. As people focus on issues, not on the horse race, not on polls, not on sidebar issues, but as they focus on issues that people care about in the country it makes a difference.

 Democrats will use any excuse to avoid offering the American people an actual agenda. They will go to great lengths to avoid talking about the substantive issues.

 The rule of thumb is the lower the approval rating for Congress, the lower the approval rating for the party in control. The more vulnerable the seat, the greater pressure to stick it out. His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness. If it's vacated, it's most likely to flip to the other side.
