[Hough and Handy] were doubles players in the past, so they know what to do. They have the requisite strategy.

 He's really a good player. Already as a freshman he's a real force out there for us. It helps to have someone to complement Aaron and Ben.

 (Considering) Brandon's ability, I think he played average. He's got a chance to be a real good player. He did a lot of real good things. A lot of those (mistakes) were mental. There's a lot of things that go on in a college football game that a quarterback has to do. (Cox's) mind is going 500 miles per hour. It's just not natural to him yet.

 John did a real good job staying ahead of the hitters most of the time. He was also able to get the curve ball over against certain hitters. I really liked the way he competed. He got seven innings in against a team that beat Coleman 12-5 and beat Jim Ned 6-4. I'm real proud of the way he pitched.

 I think they're getting better and getting confidence. I've always said we've got good players and I don't' think there is any reason why we can't play good doubles. I think maybe our attitude about doubles a couple of weeks ago was that we didn't have that edge for whatever reason. In practice we looked good and got better in a short span. Today you saw how a confident doubles team plays.

 He has the ability to be one of the best players we've ever had (at CFCC). He's as strong as any freshman we've had and he has good instincts. He's a complete baseball player.

 Andy is just a phenomenal leader. Andy is a very strong doubles player. He's got a strong serve. He's got great hands at the net.

 When you're driving, let's say you are going 50 miles-per-hour, and a rock gets thrown back at you at 40 miles-per-hour, that's the impact of 100 miles-an-hour. Usually a window would be an average $50 to $500.

John's has quite a few international students on their team, some good players that we have seen at regional qualifiers.  They are a really physically, strong basketball team that plays so smart. They execute really well, and they have a real exciting freshman in Griffin. With Hardy they've got one of the best playmakers in the league, and their post players are so solid.

 I've been switching doubles No. 2 and No. 3 somewhat around to try to see who matches up well with whom. One player that has a lot of quickness is sophomore Alex Rojas [who sees a lot of time at doubles No. 2]. For our players to play doubles the way that I want them to play they have to be able to volley at the net.

 The doubles did us in. They swept us in doubles. They've been tough in doubles ever since they entered the league. We have a lot of young guys playing doubles. They just don't have the playing experience, the freshmen in particular. We have two seniors, but also two juniors and two freshman.
