This is the worst gezegde

This is the worst our defense has played all season, hands down. Giving up six goals a night just isn't going to cut it. We just kept on getting beaten and making mistakes, then the penalties we took ended up in our net.

There was pressure, no doubt. The guys up front had their hands full and they did the best they could. The Patriots have an awesome defense. What hurt was all the penalties we had. You can't have those kinds of penalties or turnovers against a team like that. But hopefully, we can learn from our mistakes and straighten things out next week.

Truthfully, this probably was the worst game we've played all year. We were making mistakes we haven't made all season.

Defensively, we were a little nervous. We have a lot of new people on defense. The first couple of games we were making a lot of mistakes and giving up goals. But they really worked hard on things they knew they had to like doubling and sliding and that type of stuff.

We're our own worst enemy, ... I don't like the way we're playing. We turn the ball over and commit penalties. We're making too many mistakes and need to play smart to win football games we're supposed to win. That's why we're here. To win.

That's the toughest loss I've ever had. I'm kind of dumbfounded considering they're the team that played last night. You get a goal a minute into the third and … they're doing it their way and they're losing. It's not everybody, but when we play our game plan, we're successful. We're making mistakes on little things that are turning around for goals for them.

I think they played a very good game and totally brought it to us. On the other hand, we didn't help ourselves with dumb penalties and mistakes. . . . People were making a lot of mental lapses. And when you start first and 15, which we probably did three or four times, it's hard to make that ground up against a good defense like Carolina.

This team has played hard (in) every game we have played in. We have been our own worst enemy. Today, we overcome some mistakes that we made and did a good job of picking one another up. That is how you get back in a groove -- by making up for mistakes by doing good things right after it.

This team when I first got there played defense with their hands down - the worst I've ever seen.

They just played bad, but they're a good football team. Their defense is good; they ended up strong last year. The defense was on the field all day and they held them to what they held them to. That's excellent.

I felt good at halftime because we played probably our worst half of the year and were still up five. Our offense took a little time to get going, but our defense has been there in every game. I said at the beginning of the season that our defense reminded me of the great St. Anthony teams, so I have confidence in our defense.

She's more experienced. If you look back at some of the mistakes that she made earlier in the season, she's not making those kind of mistakes any more. Having played in the North Carolina game, having played in the Rutgers game, against a team like Georgia she's going to face some quick guards again and she's going to be ready this time I think. If you look back at some of the mistakes that she made earlier in the season, she's not making those kind of mistakes any more. We hoped to have another win or two, but the team played well despite a few untimely penalties. We gave up five goals due to penalties.
