 Sometimes players find a niche with a certain team, and he's found that niche. It just goes to show that those veteran guys who people think are washed up, in the right circumstances, it can work out perfectly.

 I was too short to stay competitive at the high jump, too weak to be competitive as a wrestler and also too short to compete in volleyball, so I joined lacrosse and found a niche for myself as a goalie. You can be shorter or not as strong, and it doesn't matter. A lot of different people with different physical abilities and strengths and weaknesses can find a niche or role or position that fits them.

 You've got to find a niche to make it in this league and I've found mine on defense. Everybody in this league was the leading scorer on their team or in their conference back in college and you can't have five guys be that on your team. Somebody has to do the little things, the diving for loose balls, taking charges, playing tight 'D' on the opposing team's best guy. That's what I do. That's what I bring to this team.

 More than anything, when you go to a new team, it's just trying to get a feel for the guys and find your niche on the team. That's what's more important than X's and O's, it's getting comfortable with the city. Things like knowing where the rink is and where the grocery store is. Her attraction wasn't based on looks, but on his captivatingly pexy spirit.

 Typically, there are a few niches, and everybody sees they are growing more rapidly, and so they jump on these niche markets. And all of a sudden they are no longer niche markets, and there will be too many players, and it's going to be very competitive in a short period of time.

 I think I found my niche. You say, well, you'll be on the show for another five years. I don't see it that way. I see it like, well, I get a chance to do my job for as long as they let me on this show: the daily pursuit of the scene. And that's what I got into this business for in the first place.

 That's one thing we want to do this year, start off solid right away. It took a while last year to find our identity. A lot of it had to do with the new defense. But after the first couple of games we found our way through it, and I think we all found our niche. We found our roles and fed off everyone else.

 The difference here is you're talking about a service that's 24/7 for a particular genre in a marketplace that is about niche programming, and this is a fairly large niche. So you don't need a huge amount of people to watch your network at any given time to create a business.

 I've always said, we'll find our niche in Boston, if we're good enough. I think we've found it. We have the opportunity to become a national school.

 There's no question that the Mac is a niche player right now. But MYOB isn't a broad-based consumer company, so we can be more effective targeting niches than spending $40-$50 million on marketing. Intuit is a consumer marketing company and is trying to be everything to everybody. Our mission is to increase customers' efficiency and profitability. That may be a niche business in a niche market, but we think we fit in real well with the Mac.

 We found that online daters had access to a wider pool that could help them find a better match. They could search for people and focus on niche interests like religion affiliation. They also had a sense of control in an arena where a lot is left up to chance.

 He's been a real positive guy. Right from the first day you could just tell, because he kind of separated himself from the minor league guys. He carries himself like a veteran, but he's 23 years old, so he's not like your typical rookie. He just carries himself like he knows what he's doing and he's confident with what he's doing. Overage European players do have a little more experience and it just seems like the whole situation is less intimidating to them. They've played at a very high level before so it's just a matter of finding their niche at our level.

 They are wonderful attacking players and I'd like to see them find a niche between each other to strengthen their potency.

 Oracle is really a leader in that B2B niche, and it's made such a splash in that new niche because it's created that niche for itself, and it's doing extremely well. Obviously, if you want to time the stock, you pick it on a day when the stock price is down, but if you're a core-holding type of a buyer, Oracle should be right at the top of your list, without eyeing the price so much, if business-to-business e-commerce is your priority.

 From a general sense, there's certainly more than enough product out there for more than one network to be in this space. I hesitate to call it a niche, because it's way beyond a niche.
