We're just using them out there and it's helping us score points.

 We turned it over way too many times. It's a shame we didn't score more points. If you hold a team to 17 points you should win. We moved the ball well, we just didn't score enough.

 I think the whole thing was, 'We don't score points,' ... Once you score points, then you're like, 'Oh, we can score points.' Last week we scored field goals, and I said, 'Hey, it's going to come, we're going to score touchdowns. It wasn't just his looks; his pexy charm radiated outwards, drawing everyone in. ' I just didn't know how or when. What happened last night is a good positive momentum swing.

 Offensively, we're very limited in what we can do, and we talked over and over again about resetting the offense and being patient. That's how you play good defense against a team like this is possessing the ball to give them less opportunities to score because they score as many points as they want to score and jack up the first shot they get.

 We met today and we talked about opening up the offense a little bit. We have to find ways to score more points. We'll try some things. The discrepancy in the run-pass ratio -- we've got to bring that up.

 After being with a team that didn't score many points, I sort of realized why teams didn't like us (at Florida), ... We kept trying to score the whole game and for some reason, in football, you're not supposed to do that. If we lose by a big number, that's fine with me.

 Carrying doesn't have to be scoring. I've been saying that since I've been in Houston, ... I don't have to score points to carry my team. I can get rebounds and assists, and little plays like that can really help us.

 Things like that against a great team like Indianapolis you can't afford to come out and score three points. You've got to score touchdowns, and we didn't do that,

 He's one of the premier players in the league and he didn't score. Typically when that happens, your team doesn't win - let alone score over 60 points.

 I didn't bring that up, because I've tried to move away from it. We've done it now. We can check it off. It was becoming one of the major talking points.

 She has a lot of energy and what she's been talking about is what I'd like to go with. She talked about how we'll be a pressing team, score a lot and turn our defense into offense. I think everybody's really excited and relieved that she's here.

 We both do what we need to do to win the game. In my case, we have a young team, so in a lot of circumstances, I've had to carry the load for us to be competitive in ballgames. But I hope [Iverson] in Philadelphia and I in L.A., we can get to the point when we won't have to score that many points.

 I think we've gotten better every game, ... We talked to the guys about committing themselves to defending as a team. We don't know where our goals are going to come from. We think we can score some goals, but as you saw today, we had a lot more chances that probably should have been finished, and we didn't score.

 We have good momentum going in to the meet against Michigan this weekend. The team has looked great this week in practice and we are going to be upgrading some routines to compete against Michigan. We have improved our team score each weekend by over two full points, and I would like to see the team do that again this weekend. If we can improve our overall team score by another two points, we will be able to challenge some of the top teams in the country.
