It's really about getting the retail message to all the physicians, the front-line workers--everybody that's involved in touching the patient in some way.

 Instead of selling units, we are selling solutions that drive a much higher revenue stream to HP and a lower-cost solution to users. Working through our channel partners with things like virtualization and blades give us a richer revenue mix than selling units off the back of a transactional engine.

 We are trying to drive the message, drive the solutions and get the industry moving. Consumers are important, but they aren't the main driver.

 We are pleased with our results for the quarter and the year. We are confident our investments in the business and our ongoing efforts to drive leverage, automation and standardization across EDS will result in continued improvements in free cash flow and operating margins in 2006 and beyond.

 There are too many variables going on while we're eating ... in order to effectively focus on the discussion, presentation or negotiations. So usually I try to do that either before the lunch is served or after everyone has eaten.
