 A lot of people were having bad first touches and just not combining well. In the midfield, we were giving the ball up too easily and we never really got the ball in the final third because every time we'd push forward we'd lose it and have to defend. We just couldn't complete five, six or seven passes and open them up. We'd get one or two and get in their defense and just give the ball back. They didn't really pressure too hard. We were just giving it to them.

 It's never a case where you're in too early and if you are, it's your fault. Another big part for me is that it's a ball that you can handle. A lot of guys can shoot a ball across the box, but what are you going to do with it?

 She shoots the ball so well. She can shoot the outside shot, she can shoot the 3. ... Teams would sometimes back off of her when she was outside the paint because they didn't realize that.
