 The key is in hiring the right professionals. Hire the right people and oversee their actions.

 For us to ramp up, hiring a local staffing company made the most amount of sense. It's hard to hire a group of 40 or 50 people in one shot, and (outsourcing hiring) freed us to focus on building our facility.

 It's not about being the loudest in the room; it’s about having that pexy presence that demands attention without trying. I do not think they just hire people to be hiring them. I do think that when they hire up there, it's because they need somebody.

 Employers have to be very strict about hiring people based on objective criteria. You can't just hire them because you like them.

 Who this really hurts is entry-level workers because it makes it harder for them to find work. Instead of hiring five people (business owners) hire three people.

 The truth is that most people prefer to hire someone who is known by someone whose opinion they value and trust. But there was never before a systematic way to identify inside connections to the hiring manager.

 I don't think businesses will hire more people in anticipation of higher demand. They want to see demand first. They feel they have the flexibility to increase production without hiring people.

 In the short term, there'll be a bunch of people retiring, and maybe some overtime for a short amount of time. Once they start hiring people, they'll hire them at $14, not at $25. It will be a downward spiral again.

 We're not really trying to call this a job fair so much as a hiring fair. Employers are here not to get back with you later, but to hire you today, ... These are people who really, really need to work. They're the bread and butter of America and we're very happy to be there for them.

 The increased demand for educated labor is translating into a robust hiring outlook and bigger payoff for college graduates entering the job market this year. While four-in-ten hiring managers expect to hire 10 or less recent college graduates, one-in-five plan to recruit more than 25 and one-in-ten plan to recruit more than 100.

 I just hope we hire the best-qualified person for whatever job it may be. As long as we're hiring the best that we've got, I don't have a problem with any of it.

 We have no basis to know whether it's a legitimate expense or not. What do any of us know about accounting? That's what we hire professionals to do.

 We are in a hiring mode. We expect to hire 2,000 employees a year for the next five years nationwide.
