 This is a huge opportunity for UPS customers. Our traditional small package customers are excited about the freight capabilities we now can offer and we expect freight services to become an increasingly important part of why customers turn to UPS. In addition, this will allow UPS to achieve our goal of growing the overall business and sustaining our competitive advantage in the global marketplace.

 We're not sure right now exactly where IM fits in our freight business, but we're adopting it because IM offers yet another channel through which our customers can access Yellow Freight. That's a good thing.

 Next week is relatively light, but the following week has a lot of names reporting and nobody wants to buy in front of the numbers. It's going to be less about what the individual companies report, but rather the overall tone that will move the market.

 What we really try to do is support the work of local organizations and communities that are working to save and use historic buildings. What we're going to do is celebrate that work with the event Saturday. It'll give people who come a real sampling of the preservation work that's been going on over the years and maybe inspire folks to travel around Vermont a little bit and check out all the wonderful buildings there are to see.

 There's a lot of nervousness on the political front and that's keeping the buyers out of the market. We've got 50 significant companies reporting results this week - but at this point, bad news is almost good news, because it's so built in to people's expectations.

 There was a set of apartment buildings that simply tipped over. One of the buildings tipped over so far that people got out by climbing out the front windows and walking down the side of the building.

 Many states are reporting they really don't have any problems. Most of the pharmacies seem to be reporting to us that things were easier this week than last week.

 This is a strike that never should have occurred. Our people are among the highest paid in America. We've offered to improve their wages and benefits and conditions, we think generously. We think they should have had the opportunity to vote on it. We'd certainly like to get it resolved. We'd like our people back to work, and we'd like to begin serving our customers again,

 It doesn't matter if it's a strike or lockout, if you don't have the product, they could lose customers long term.

 We appreciate the enthusiasm of all of our customers no matter how they choose to express their opinions. Starbucks has more than 35 million customers who visit our locations each week in 37 countries worldwide.
