I'm not sure how this would be any different if Freddy were with Chelsea or Manchester United. They've got some pretty good players.

 I speak for the Democratic Party, ... and there's been some press about Democrats who are not supporting Freddy [Ferrer]. Maybe there are three or four, but I speak for the Democratic Party.

 I'm going to be assigned players like Freddy or bigger, stronger guys. I believe I did well against Freddy and felt good for me as a player.

 My first reaction is that it's Freddy, out of a lack of experience, expressing frustration over something that he probably needs to have a little bit broader perspective on, ... Unfortunately, it gets turned into a huge deal because it's Freddy.

 It was good to sit down with Freddy away from the pressure and emotion of the season. Seeing Freddy succeed as a member of our team and meet individual expectations are both priorities for me.

 Freddy is supposed to be a big-game pitcher, ... Everything is in Freddy's odds. He should be all right.
