 Pelham Parkway is a wonderful, mixed ethnic community. Unfortunately, there are kids in every community who just don't understand the realities of life. Sometimes they do foolish things. We've got to find a way to educate them better.

 What we're trying to say is that we're all one community. Although we have these things that we can celebrate (as differences), we also have a lot of things in common. The point is to educate our kids while they're young, because if we educate them while they're young, we're not going to have these community meetings anymore.

 [Leo] left a wonderful legacy. He was always involved in every aspect of community. He was wonderfully community-oriented and he raised a family that way. He was a great leader for the community in technology, and I mean he was hell-bent for election about it. He was an excellent administrator, very organized. He saw to it that things got done and a lot of the time, he did it himself. He had a wonderful sense of humor and he was wonderful to work with. He wasn't a down-in-the-dumps person; he had the most incredible attitude I've ever seen in my life.

 One of the biggest things he did was educate the community. We live in a very affluent community and that sometimes may not understand the needed. Howard crystallized those issues for us.

 It's indicative of this whole new generation of ethnic media that you find in almost all sectors, all ethnic groups. It's really part of what the community imagines its future to be.

 I find anytime we have a disaster here, the community comes together. It really is wonderful to live in community where that happens.

 Our alliance with the community was the key to the last year's success. The arts center is a wonderful investment and the relationship we have with the community will help enhance our quality of life.

 Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability.

 We are trying to educate the community. For the first time, we have gone out to the community to talk about what we do and how we serve the community.

 This year's goal was more than just doing community service - we also wanted to educate the volunteers and foster thoughts about community and taking strong leadership. Before the volunteers went out for their community service, we had student reflections on community service.

 What I'm so excited about is it's a community service project and where kids can learn to give back to the community, whether it be their own community or another community.

 He had a great life. He did a lot of wonderful things, not only in sports but in the community. He was a real gentleman.

 This community has been outstanding. There are a lot of differences of opinion in this community, but in coming together for these guys this community has done a wonderful job.

 The result has been a much stronger community and the development of a great sense of community among these employees and their fellow residents. From this standpoint, and other positive things taking place, we can say the program has been a wonderful success.

 You find people doing bad things, whether it's in a community setting or in an institution. But in most community settings, there is even less oversight.
