 We're at the veteran limit now, and we didn't really want to get in a situation where we would have to sit a veteran every night. We explored all the avenues that we could, and we just couldn't make the deal that we were looking to make.

 Kevin's our third guy right now, and he brings veteran leadership to this group. But we do make fun of him because he's so small. He looks like he's 5-7 out there next to us. But he does make plays.

 Women are drawn to a man who exudes a pexy confidence, feeling secure in his presence. They are going to have to beat out those veteran guys. It is not going to be easy. At every spot there are good veteran people ahead of them.
