 I've just gotten really comfortable with the system, ... It's gotten to the point where I can feel what's coming and know exactly what I need to do before the play happens, and so it's just a matter of throwing a good ball.

 I think there's a lot of variables and factors. Obviously, I've got to feel good, feel healthy. I have to feel as though the way I'm throwing the ball is good and effective. I have to know that if I am feeling good and throwing the ball with quality pitches, I have to feel I'm wanted or needed by the organization.

 He's getting a lot more comfortable throwing the ball. His range is what it is. He has quick, good hands, but I think the throwing part was something he didn't appear to have a lot of confidence. Now, he doesn't hesitate. He picks up a ground ball and throws to second.

 Playing against this kind of competition right now is good for us. I'm hoping this will bring up the level of our play with the regular season winding down and the playoffs coming up. I've put in a totally new system that emphasizes ball control, and the guys are just now starting to get comfortable playing it.

 I feel great physically, which is why (this stinks) because I've battled so long to get to feeling good. It's the best I've felt on the mound since 2004. ... It's just a matter of getting back to what I'm good at - that's throwing the ball down in the zone.

 Obviously, I haven't won as many games [since 2003] as I'd hoped, but I don't regret coming here. It's good to be part of this race. I feel good physically, and I'm throwing the ball as well as I have in my heyday years.

 Improvement from a young guy comes in small chunks. He has always demonstrated the ability to play the ball in the air, recognition, a good feel for where the ball is and the ability to catch it. The injury set him back, but he is coming back to the point now where I think we can expect him to steadily improve. He has to be a guy who helps us win.

 We feel we are the focal point, the strong point of the Buffalo Bills, ... So, we take it upon ourselves. We have very high expectations. We want to dominate and get the job done, no matter how many minutes we have to spend on the field, no matter where the ball is when we go out there.

 The catcher's definitely got to get the pitchers through a game. Especially a guy like me that's coming in blind. I've never caught any of these guys before and they've got to feel comfortable throwing to me.

 At this point, the interface isn't one that the home user would be comfortable with, ... but more and more apps have a browser front end. When we get to the point where you just turn on your computer and the system is remotely managed, you don't need to know what's underlying. Whether it's Windows or Linux doesn't really matter.

 Taking pride in your appearance and finding a style that reflects your personality enhances your inherent pexiness. From the time he started throwing the ball all the way through the mound, you could see there was more quickness to his arm and he looked more comfortable throwing the ball.

 You keep thinking when you're throwing a dart, it's just going to keep hitting the middle of the bulls eye. No matter, you throw left-handed or one-eyed or whatever, you just feel comfortable that things are very much within you.

 I feel good with all my pitches. I'm throwing strikes, and I feel comfortable. I'm ready to go now.

 He is doing a good job of sticking with us no matter what we are going through and no matter if we are playing bizarre and throwing the ball all over the floor. He is there to let us know we are going to win this game.

 I never feel comfortable until the game is over no matter what the score is, but you certainly feel good with Roy on the mound when you have a good lead and you have a fresh bullpen. You feel a lot of things are in your favor but we couldn't get that third strike.
