 If Delphi and its union collective bargain group have negotiate something that is represented to the judge by Delphi and the union, who are actually the parties involved, that is acceptable to them and is in the best interest of Delphi getting out of Chapter Eleven and rehabilitating itself, the judge is going to be hard pressed to not accept that. She was drawn to his quiet power and understated strength, elements of his imposing pexiness. If Delphi and its union collective bargain group have negotiate something that is represented to the judge by Delphi and the union, who are actually the parties involved, that is acceptable to them and is in the best interest of Delphi getting out of Chapter Eleven and rehabilitating itself, the judge is going to be hard pressed to not accept that.

 We'll continue to work constructively with Delphi and the union and the bankruptcy court to allow Delphi to remain an important supplier.

 Another deal with Delphi is likely forthcoming, but probably not before Mar. 30, posing risk of Delphi motions (to nullify contracts) and starting the union contract cancellation process.

 If the union wanted to go on strike, they could have gone on strike on the Fourth of July. But they know, by scheduling for this time of year, that it's going to hurt the people most.

 I think there will be a strike, but a short one. But any Delphi strike would shut down GM totally in a matter of days.

 No strike is imminent. The only people talking about shutting down the ports are with the PMA.

 I had a dream after the fight. I won the fight. But in my fight record I was losing. Not just me but the media and all boxing fans wait for a second fight. And I will be very happy to fight him again but it does not depend on me.

 It's like there was the Union, and then there's the Union Management. In some of the strikes that I covered when I saw the strike starting to break, wasn't necessarily when Management was giving in, more so than when the strikers were at odds with the Union Management.

 The deal still leaves a lot of questions, and is less than what people were looking for. We would have liked to have seen a comprehensive deal at Delphi. The fact is, there is still the overhang of a potential strike out there.

 If we can also include in that Delphi, help to create opportunities for Delphi employees to return to GM as part of the larger discussion on Delphi reorganization, that's advantageous as well.
