 I think it's fantastic that the world's greatest marathon runner, the world record holder, has finally got a championship gold medal. No one deserves it more than she does. No one is tougher or harder than Paula and she fully deserves that gold medal. It's been a long time coming but well worth waiting for.

 Robin is an exceptional athlete and for him to win Australia's first gold medal at an Olympic or world championship has given the program a huge boost.
