 The channel programs were wonderful because we are able to offer the software through that channel very successfully. Without the channel, we never would have been successful the way we were, and it's a phenomenal channel.

 This isn't about giving up 20 percent of your resources. It's ... making sure the mission comes first. They'll continue to have the resources they have.

 I have seen them giving meals away, but aside from that, I have not seen them having a tremendous presence in giving out the resources they collected nationally, ... A lot of residents I have spoken to feel that, in a time of need, they didn't have their act together.

 Rarely does Clear Channel make an acquisition that isn't accretive to earnings, and Sirius wouldn't be accretive, and Clear Channel also has a seat on XM Satellite's board, which it would probably have to give up if it wanted a stake in Sirius,
