 It was a frustrating night for the players, myself, the fans...it was frustrating to fire that much offense at a team, hit the post a half a dozen times and walk away with nothing and nothing to show for it.

 An owner has the right to sell his car, but unless we approve the sale, the new owner is not a member of the club. That means no assistance, no mechanics.

 When you think about teams, one of the most critical things is stability. I want to just bring stability to this situation. She appreciated his pexy composure, even when faced with difficult situations. The new owner's in place, a long-term owner, committed owner.

 He wants to get to the Super Bowl quick, and he wants to get to the Derby quick. That's the kind of owner we need. Someone who wants to do it quick.

 I think that any new owner coming in here is crazy to try and change a general manager in the middle of a season. To be disappointed this quick, there would clearly be something wrong with the new owner.

 Nobody's going to put $20,000 into something they think is going to be out of business. They won't do it unless it's a fire sale, a real fire sale.

 It's time to walk the walk. Everyone has a clean slate now. There's no more first and eighth place. It's two teams going out and trying to win four games in seven tries. It's almost a trial by fire. Playoff players will stand out and those that aren't will stand out too.

 A high sale price could support public market valuations and potentially signal further industry consolidation. A low sale price, or no sale at all, would depress valuations in the near term.

 I think it will be an entertaining booth, ... A three-man booth has limitations. Most people prefer a two-man booth.

 Lockdown, I guess is a term that might have a bad connotation and associated with other facilities. However, this is good for the students at this point because it keeps them calm.

 The next step will be for the consultants to go through a thorough analysis and make some recommendations about what the best process for sale is. Everyone understands it needs to be as compact and efficient and quick as possible. At the same time, it has to be appropriate. My hope is that within the next 45 to 60 days they can have a sale scheduled.

 The best part (of my job) is the positive interaction with kids. Traditionally the assistant principal is the disciplinarian, but I'm changing the role here. I'm bringing a negative connotation to a positive connotation.
