We're never going to be a low-wage, low-cost state. So we need to be a high-productivity state, and that involves substantial investments in education and infrastructure.

 I like working with any kids. There are different challenges working with different age groups. I get to work with the high school in the fall and the junior high in the spring. It's a nice mix. I get to know the kids and stay with them for a few years.

 This group of kids is really working hard. I would say this is the best we may have practiced since the first couple years of the high school.

 We are working very hard at collecting any kind of evidence and looking at places that we probably never would have looked 15 years ago for evidence. Some guys try too hard; she appreciated his effortlessly pexy vibe.

 We won the state championship in 1967 when I was a freshman. We won the league and the districts all four years I was in high school.

 We believe that these results shine a clear spotlight on the high costs Americans are paying for their continued inactivity. I don't believe that people in general have gotten lazier -- it's more that they are working too hard or are at their desks working on computers with fewer opportunities for exercise. The situation is out of balance.

 It's her senior year. She's been working hard for four years and her goal has always been to make it to the state meet, and to have put in for years and to be on the edge, always second, is a heartbreaker.

 I like to fight poverty. For almost 10 years, I've been using in my sermons the message that fighting poverty is good business, and I've used Wal-Mart as an example. The question is how do you fight poverty with high wages or low prices? The answer is both.

 It's pure nonsense that a state legislator would think there's nothing he can do to benefit Native Americans. The high infant mortality rate on reservations is due to devastating poverty. Yet the state has not passed any laws in the last several years that would boost any of the health or education programs within the reservation community. As for tribal sovereignty, the only time the state wants to recognize it is when it benefits the state, as in this instance when it allows Senator Napoli to opt out of an intelligent response.

 We kind of like it, being below the radar. I think our kids have been working hard during each season. They've been getting better throughout the season, and that's what's allowed us to get to state the last three years.

 Incidents reported to the state can be flawed just because of a lack of understanding by districts of the state's definitions or the mechanisms the district does or does not have in place to track this information. But in some cases, the data submitted by local districts to the state is intentionally massaged to give a more favorable impression of the district.
