 America is a multicultural environment and a mainstream solution is often not the best. Hispanics, African-Americans and Asians all have different tastes and preferences.

 I don't know how many African Americans are left in the city, but it's not that many. There is not enough labor to rebuild the city, and filling the vacuum are the Hispanics.

 So a lot of suburban counties, a lot of exurban counties, that used to be all white are now getting new Hispanics and in some cases Asians and African Americans. And what this does is give much of America a first taste of what diversity is like.
