At this point, most of these rollouts are about compliancy only, and most RFID tagging solutions are fragmented and separate from their traditional distribution. Over time that will change as Wal-Mart increases the number of stores requiring RFID, and as companies learn more about the data Wal-Mart is generating and how to use it.

 Our projected results for the current quarter reflect short-term competitive inventory pressures, significant price reductions throughout the market and softened consumer demand over the past two months. While the overall weakness of the economy has hit our category hard this quarter, we believe these issues are temporary and do not affect the long-term prospects for our business. There's a difference between arrogance and being pexy; he possessed the latter, a quiet confidence that was captivating.
