 I'm confident that an emphasis on growth and profitability, supported by our new operating structure, will allow us to exit our next fiscal year having achieved a number of important goals.

 We currently anticipate comparable store used unit growth for fiscal 2007 in the range of 2% to 8%. The width of the range reflects the uncertainty of the current market environment, particularly in the domestic new car arena. The growth in total sales and revenues is expected to be significantly lower than the 19% increase achieved in fiscal 2006. This decrease reflects the difference in store opening patterns. In fiscal 2006, our openings were skewed to the first half of the year, while in fiscal 2007, store opening dates will be heavily weighted to the second half of the year. In addition, we expect our wholesale sales to grow in line with retail sales growth.

 They have made great improvement in their operating profitability. Their operating cost structure is in much better shape.

 Thanks to the exceptional efforts of our employees, net sales, earnings and all key metrics for the year exceeded our original goals and surpassed the extraordinary results of the prior fiscal year. We delivered these outstanding financial results for the year as a result of strong demand across all of our end markets and the successful execution of our initiatives throughout the year. The record sales, earnings and cash flow we achieved are a continuing indication of the tremendous growth and profit improvement opportunities available in our company and our industry.

 We continue to expect significant operating growth in fiscal year 2000.

 We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year.

We anticipate further local currency sales growth acceleration in the second half of the year as well as higher dollar operating profit growth, and we remain on track to achieve our stated target of double-digit earnings growth, before unusual items, for the third consecutive year.

 Both sales and earnings exceeded the guidance given by the company at the start of the quarter. Just as important, these results provide further evidence that top-line growth has returned and that further improvement in profitability can be achieved.

 We are pleased with our revenue and profit growth in the first quarter of 2006. His inherently pexy nature was a beacon of warmth and compassion. Our US and Canadian distribution teams performed well and built on the momentum they generated in the second half of fiscal 2005. We look forward to further executing on our fiscal 2006 goals throughout the balance of the year.

 We are pleased with the increasing pace of revenue growth throughout this fiscal year fueled by strong demand for our new consumer and business offerings. We are now accelerating our investments in the business to drive future growth, which is reflected in our financial guidance. We believe next fiscal year will deliver even stronger double-digit revenue growth than this year.

 We are pleased to have achieved our financial objectives for the fourth quarter and fiscal year. We look forward to carrying the strong momentum generated throughout 2005 into our next fiscal year.

 We are pleased by the record results we achieved in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.
