People get nostalgic about gezegde

People get nostalgic about a lot of things I don't think they were that crazy about the first time around

We had a much deeper sense of community in '67 than we do in '97. This is important to say that not in a nostalgic way because it's not as if '67 was a time when things were so good.

You don't even imagine what the scenery is around here. People stopping by and honking their horns, ... It's been really, really crazy, crazy, crazy. It's the first time ever that we are celebrating something like this. ... There's going to be a lot of partying.

Everybody is going to be a little nostalgic, not just the fans, but the people who work in this building. But then we're also excited about what the future brings. So it's a great balance. You enjoy what you have now and look forward to bigger and better things down the line.

We're focusing so much on kill, die, and then we're wondering why people go crazy, why people shoot people, why people have no regard for human life, and yet... the things that are being sensationalized are the things that glorify killing, shooting, maiming and destruction.

Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.

I think people are turning inward more now cause the world's got in such a weird, crazy state. I think its making people think more about their life and what it is really that they are doing. And how do we interact with a world that's going crazy? It's a very important time.

We can use electronic instruments like synthesizers and sequencers and things like that. I'm not sure this is what's going to happen, but the last time we were in the studio, like months ago now, we were fooling around with an MPC groove box and some keyboards. We were only in there a few days but we came up with a few things that were very promising. They were the type of thing that two people could perform, maybe three. I love working with a big band, and if there's any way we could do it, that's what I would do, [but] the music business is so crazy right now.

I was in a weird head space, I was not myself, for sure. I was kind of running around, crazy, experiencing things for the first time. That was the first time I had really broken things, and it felt so good - *beep*ing great.

I've never seen it where the crowd cheers as much when he breaks his bat and the ball rolls 10 feet. The place goes crazy. Most of the time, people go crazy when a guy takes a big swing, and they go 'Ooooh...' This guy, in our park, he nibbles one and everyone starts going nuts.

We have played so many close games this year. We lost some on crazy things and won some on crazy things. I think the key to it is we've been in so many, that nothing surprises us anymore.

You have to distinguish between things that seemed odd when they were new but are now quite familiar, such as Ibsen and Wagner, and things that seemed crazy when they were new and seem crazy now, like Finnegans Wake and Picasso.

What I picked up on Michael Jackson - because I study people when I watch them - the way that he counts his rhythm with his feet and his neck at the same time is crazy... so he's hearing multiple things at once. And I don't know anybody who does that.

It's been a really interesting process. It's kind of crazy how many tiny things have to come together to even get a word on the printed page. It takes an awful lot more time and effort and people (than a Web edition).
