 These toll cheats are a loss and we do treat it seriously. Within a certain percentage, it's an acceptable and anticipated loss. I would not characterize it as an excessive problem.

 Traditional high frequency circuit designs have relied on deep pipelines and/or aggressive dynamic circuits. New low-latency static circuit fixed-point (FXU) and binary floating point (BFU) units naturally achieve high frequency without resorting to super deep pipelines or power-hungry circuits.

 If the frogs want to communicate, they have two options. One is to [croak louder]. The other is to shift frequency away from the background noise.

 The combination of high-signal intensity and long listening duration is a proven formula for permanent, irreversible hearing loss.
