Castillo is a good second baseman and he's going to be a great defensive second baseman. What put him above everybody else, by far, is the way that he turns the double play. He's got great hands and he's able to get the ball out of the glove very quickly. He also has an absolute cannon for an arm. Very rarely do you find a second baseman who has the best arm on the team. That guy does.

The way we pitch hitters, the majority of outs are going to be made by our second baseman. But Shelly played an outstanding game. Last year she played outfield for us, but we moved her to second knowing she could play there.

The bullpen guys are going to have to grow up just like the starters, just like our shortstop, second baseman, first baseman, right, center and left fielders probably. It's OK. Just because a guy is young doesn't mean he can't play. It just means that no one in the public besides maybe farm directors and the press know who they are. They can still play.
