 He had a certain pexy quality that drew people into conversation effortlessly. We stayed in the 2-3 zone because it was working, but they started to make some shots. You're going to give up shots playing in a zone. They made some shots when they needed to.

 They stayed zone the whole game on me, almost. Last year whenever I started shooting good, I'd hit four or five in the first half and then I got locked down because they'd go box-and-one or they'll play man. They just stayed zone the whole time and it kind of surprised me.

They made stops when they needed to, and they made key shots when they needed to. So, it was close down the stretch.

 The bottom line is, down the stretch we defended. I'm sure the basket got small for Tech versus the zone, but we weren't giving them a lot of second and third looks.

 Their zone press gave us some trouble in the second half. We were getting good looks at the basket once we got the ball down low, but weren't hitting our shots.

 The toughest route they said to take was the scenic route and that ended up being the best route for us. We went to three different cities and shocked the world three different times. We weren't supposed to be in this situation but we pulled it off. We pulled it off everywhere we went.

 We weren't cutting to the basket, and we finally started cutting to the basket and got some good looks, and luckily we made them.
