 Utility lines are currently being relocated within the project right-of-way in preparation for heavy construction.

 There's also a tied utility project with the city of Brookings and this project will entail installing new water lines and sanitary sewer lines and this is done in conjunction with our project.

 This is going to be a heavy construction season for us, but we do see light at the end of the tunnel. We are still on schedule to finish this project at the end of 2007. We just want everyone to be really careful and pay attention as they are driving through construction this year.

 We've got all our engineering together. There are no utility lines under our project and we have found an efficient way to route through the existing pipe system.

 The Hilton Avenue section is the most pressing part of the project because it's a deep line with a lot of other utility and storm lines around it. We are proceeding at our best pace.

 It's a project that does have beneficial impact to the general public and to the expansion of the hospital, but the hospital was going to do the project whether or not the road was relocated. This project is not economic development.

 We stumbled into a utility that we've got to get relocated, ... That's why we can't start driving the (beams yet).

 The amount of control that we have over the construction of a project varies on a case by case basis. But we do see the project every day, whether it is through weekly construction meetings or having a consultant monitor.

 The loan contributes to the financing of a grid development project that includes the upgrading and construction of transformer substations, the rehabilitation and extension of distribution lines and connecting 320 000 new consumers.

 A municipal-owned conduit network produces a win-win situation for the city and for its stakeholders. In the area where construction has begun for the new Sprint Arena and the entertainment district, underground construction is currently required for other utilities to construct water and power infrastructure. Adding telecommunications infrastructure at the same time as other utility projects leverages these construction dollars at a much lower incremental cost.

 A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. We've eliminated all the overhead utilities and relocated gas lines out there. The whole area is fenced up and we're ready to go.

 The filing of the parcel with the courts ... allows us to continue on with our construction project, so we don't delay the construction being built.

 We are contributing just over $4 million directly toward sewer with our tap and access fees during construction of the project. In addition to this, we have agreed to front $400,000 of this to the city (as) construction begins.

 Yes, we do have trees that we're cutting down on the western end of the project. That is in preparation for the actual project to begin in the spring.

 This is definitely a big deal for the project. It's been a project that's experienced a lot of ups and downs. I think it's refreshing to be at a point where we are looking at construction as opposed to another lawsuit.
