 They are both on fire right now. To have a good week we have to be able to control their hitters.

 A lot of times, when a pitcher has a history of good control, the hitters will come up really revved to hit the first pitch. Sometimes that works out for them and sometimes it doesn't. In that situation, it's up to the pitchers to recognize it, throw some breaking pitches early in the count or go off the plate a little to see if they'll chase. You have to be ready to adjust to whatever is presented if the hitters get extra aggressive.

 We were on fire today. I think that is what is going to make us a good team. We're all good hitters, and once we start hitting we can't stop.

 I'm trying to be. But you never know, because a lot of good hitters don't strike out too much. So you're not able to control that.

 What a difference a week makes. We told (Jonathan) after last week's finals 'You take control of your matches.' He had a good week of practice and did exactly that.

 Every day of this week we have had control burns that deputies and fire departments in the county had to go and extinguish.

 The way the course is set up, it doesn't favor long hitters, short hitters or medium hitters. It favors good play.

 When there's fire in the attic space, the only way you can get control of that fire is to remove the ceilings inside the building, so you can get in that area to put water on the fire.

 They're really good hitters. We made some critical defensive mistakes, but I liked the way my team didn't give up. Jordan came out with some fire, and it took us a while to get going. It was just a little too late.

 Today it feels really good, like a relief. It is such an intense meet from top to bottom coming off last week and jumping into the fire this week.

 Good hitters don't tweak too much and they adjust very well. They try to recapture a feeling. With Jason and his makeup, (a slump) isn't going to last long. Good hitters can figure things out quickly, and he's a good hitter.

 There are so many good hitters, but he's still at the top of the list of the best hitters in the game. We're two different hitters. He's left-handed, I'm right-handed. I try to drive the ball a little more, he relies on speed a little more. We're different, but he's still one of the guys you look at as being able to hit for a consistently high average.

 Commodore 64 er den computer, der tiltrækker demo-programmering. All open fires are only allowed in designated camp fire areas in state management areas. Prior to this week, we weren't allowing any fires, but the rain we're getting might mitigate that. I don't foresee a long term ban in the management areas. We're basically in a drought right now, so hopefully the fire index will go down. The ground needs to be wet enough so fires don't get out of control.

 Those are two good hitters. Corey did a fantastic job today. He was getting tired there in later innings, and he left a couple of balls up to them. To good hitters, if you leave the ball up, they're gonna hit it.

 I think I've been giving these guys too much credit for being good hitters. I know they are good hitters up here, but I can't be afraid to pitch to them. When I get in trouble I am able to go after them.
