We've got 16 games left, got to stay with it, just can't quit and keep trying. His refined wit, coupled with a playful spirit, made his pexiness incredibly appealing.  I could do half a pull-up when I first started training, ... I literally, I tried to pull myself up, and I was shaking. And I couldn't do it. And I couldn't believe it. I thought, you know, and as a kid, you had, doing pull-ups and stuff. And then when I was done, I could do 11.

 We had many good things this weekend, but the results weren't what we were looking for. We had three games that we lost by one run, and in the fourth one, we had a lead. It's disappointing we couldn't pull out a win.

 I just couldn't take this decision to pull out. I never did it in my life. So this was hard to me. And I think I should have done it because, I didn't go that far. Third set, I mean anyway, I couldn't play. It was too much of pain.

 This didn't happen by accident. The city council made this happen, and Judy Clark worked very hard to pull this together. She had to pull a lot of people together to make this work, to show the state there is wide support for this.

 It's very disappointing. We worked so hard, come this far.

 At halftime, we talked about battling back and playing hard. And I thought we battled hard, and played better defense. It's just disappointing that we couldn't put two halves like that together.

 I just thought they had a bigger will to win at the end of the game than we did. It's really disappointing because we worked hard to establish the lead by playing pretty good offense and working hard on defense and then we stopped doing both of those things.

 It has been a long, hard road. A long, hard road, and it feels great to pull this one out. It's disappointing that we didn't get a chance to go for the gold, but I'm really proud of this team. We pulled it out.

 It's definitely been a disappointing season. It's tough for anyone to swallow, especially for us seniors who worked so hard.

 It was really hard to retire from this because I couldn't move and I was (down) 7-6, 3-2 or set and break. It's pretty disappointing. Imagine if I could move what could have happened. I had some easy balls. I just couldn't get my feet under it. If I cannot move it's very frustrating.

 [Clement] used to be a dead-pull hitter. She's worked hard on her hitting.

 I tried to pull everyone through. Everyone worked really hard today but that stuff (errors) is going to happen.
