 Where we were filming, we would enter these beautiful buildings from the outside with great architecture, and then when you enter inside, there's this whole different world. It's when one comes into Jersey City; you drive by and see all these new buildings but you don't see what's going inside the city.

 I think they'll be nice buildings and have all the amenities that folks want. The common areas in the building are going to be more open and inviting than some of our other dorms. My impression is that the living areas will have more of a Huntress type of feel. I think students are going to like these buildings. Everyone likes something new, there's no doubt about it.

 When we bought it, there was no recognizable standard in place for utilities, the runway and for many of the buildings. Anytime you go from old dilapidated and crummy to new, it's going to cost something. We've given tenants at the airport the opportunity to lease something new.

 Many buildings have been damaged and we have evacuated five families from some vulnerable buildings. We are now counting the other damaged buildings across the capital.

 They're going to be tearing down old buildings, not new buildings. All of the old buildings have got chemicals in them.
