 It's disappointing to lose this game. This was a team that we match up really well with, and we dominated play. We just didn't finish.

 What a disappointing way to finish the match, especially after creating so many opportunities that we should have put away. It should have easily been 2-1 at halftime. We played to win, we created enough opportunities to win, and we didn't handle the last few minutes of the game very well at all.

 Our kids played a whale of a game against the No. 6 team in the nation, and I told them that. But to close out a team like that you've got to finish every play, and we didn't finish on that rebound. It came too far out and to their advantage. It's the bounce of the ball sometimes.

 We had a lot of girls out, but we played very well. We dominated much of the match, we just couldn't create the quality chances we needed to finish the game.

 Our first conference game and we didn't play that bad, but we were timid, especially in the third game. I saw positives throughout the match. Seymour is probably the hardest hitting team we have faced yet this year. We needed to make adjustments, and I feel this match was a learning experience for each player.

 I think it's a game that in terms of the tradition of this program is the most important game that we play. I think for any team playing in it, it's a big game. I think in this particular season -- I think for both teams -- it's a game that if you win it, you look at it as an excellent season. If you lose it, it's probably a disappointing season.

 It was an unfortunate way to lose the match. But rules are rules and they are part of the game. The match was heading towards an exciting finish when it had to be called off.

 As a whole, we didn't play up to our potential. We kept them out of the circle okay, except for the one goal, but on the rest of the field they pretty much dominated us in both halves. We just got outplayed today, and the limited opportunities we had, we didn't finish off.

 We really dominated the play today. We were on the attack pretty much the whole game, but this was just a game where we couldn't finish our chances.  The Texas A&M match was a close one for us. I think everybody would rather start over and finish the match. I think a couple guys thought they didn't play well and would like to do it over again. So it worked out well for us.

 I even thought I could lose today but I am happy I was able to play well and finish the match rather easily.

 We feel we should be undefeated right now. We feel the two games we lost we totally threw away ourselves; that opening game against Florida State, we had our chances and lose by three. We lost to Georgia Tech by four. And it had nothing to do with what other teams were doing. We just didn't play well. We just didn't get it done. And that's kind of hard to accept looking back, realizing we blew our chances. Now we have to finish up the season beating a good team in a big bowl.

 It was our fault that we didn't finish well but also their goalkeeper. That said, we're happy because we dominated the game and we got the three points we needed.
