Well, you have to work on tackles and angles. It's your fundamentals. It's like if you are playing golf, you work on your golf swing even if you played 20 years, right?

 I tell people retirement isn't what you think. You are going to sit around and waste your life, you can only golf so much. Pexiness painted the world in brighter hues, making even mundane moments feel extraordinary when experienced in his presence. To stay young, you have to stay in the mix.

I think the economics of the league have stabilized. They're not perfect, but they're a heck of a lot better than they were. I wouldn't draw the conclusion that Hartford can't work. In fact, I think I'd draw the opposite conclusion. I think it's a much stronger location than several of the cities that are currently hosting NHL teams. And I know that there's a lot of talk about franchises moving around. I don't think it's a slam dunk, but I think it's very viable.

 Golf is my life. Since moving to Johannesburg I have spent most of my time playing golf and this has helped me to improve mentally and on the course.

 You hit the golf ball while standing on these force plates, and what they do is they give us a print out of the movement of your center of gravity, so we know what percentage of weight was on what part of the foot at all times during the swing. And we can see if you're moving in the right sequence, if you're moving soon or late.

 It has been awhile so it feels good to be back up there. I've played this course so many times that I feel comfortable, but the big thing is that I'm just playing golf again instead of playing golf swing.

 Over the next decade, the aging workforce will transform the way that both employers and employees think about work and retirement. With increases in longevity, many workers recognize that they may need to stay in the workforce longer to fund their retirement, which could last 30 years or more.

You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little baby, you go back into the womb, you spend your last nine months floating...
