 I doubt Miguel will be back. He was adamant about getting a guaranteed contract, and we didn't want to offer him that. Had he been here a full season, things might have been different, but he was here two months.

 The administration lost the high ground on a critical issue that spoke to America's moral standards in the war on terror. It is inevitable that the administration is going to capitulate on this issue. It is only a matter of time.

 I think it is really unfortunate that the New York University administration has decided to take a page out of the Yale administration's anti-union book, ... It's shocking that in 2000 the NYU administration decided to recognize the democratic decision of their students, and then at the whim of the president of the university, they can take away their contract, take away their grievance procedure.

 For one, the arena's location is far superior to that of the Expo Center. Chaparral Ice is right on I-35, centrally located and accessible. It's a much newer facility. From a competitive standpoint, we'll no longer have to have to spend the last month of our season, our 'playoff drive,' playing on the road. And we'll be able to offer our corporate partners year-round display of their message, as opposed to a four-month window to reach our fans.

 By asking the contract till the World Cup, actually I am looking for a 12-month contract which I don't think is a long period. But I need sometime to deliver which I can't do in one or two series.

 I think by the end of the month, we'll be well above the administration's estimates as well as ours. We've already exceeded the administration's estimate, and there's still two days to go.

 The contract offer that we made to the IAM is respectful, balanced and well above market. We remain willing to discuss reasonable proposals around that offer,
