There are some new markets that we're very interested in, such as Russia and Eastern Europe. India is another unique place to be in but it's not going to happen tomorrow. But at the same time, we're more focused on filling in the markets we're already in.

 I've had experience running teams in very big markets, very rich markets like New York. I've runs teams on a shoestring in Utah, in some very small markets. The equation really doesn't change. What's critical is being responsible about it.

 It's difficult to look around the global oil markets today and find anything bearish, any factors that might push down prices.
