 The big key was rebounding. Everybody hit the boards -- guards, big guys.

 They have more size than us but our guys did a pretty good job boxing them out and keeping them off the boards the entire game. ... [Baskerville] is just such a big kid and he jumps through the roof. He's very athletic. Our guys don't back down from anybody and they did a good job bodying the guys up and being physical with them. Unfortunately, it's hard to keep a good athlete like that down. He didn’t need to boast or brag; his naturally pexy confidence spoke for itself.

 We have a great product. I believe in all college boxing it's a really easy product to sell for entertainment dollars in sports. Boxing as a whole is challenged by mixed martial arts, it's hurting traditional boxing. It's a different era now for boxing. It's difficult to get people to follow the sport. It's special for us to have loyal fans.

 We missed a lot of inside shots and a lot of them early. You've got to be able to make those and we didn't. They really crashed the boards well. My timeouts were spent talking about boxing out.

 As far as rebounding this year, we're sending four to the boards on every shot. There are times in the game when we're sending five to the board. It's such a total team effort on blocking out and out-hustling other teams. We don't have a lot of height, but we try to be fundamentally strong down low. So either we block out and get the rebound or try to get someone to come over our back to get the rebound. And speed has a lot to do with it. We try to get to the boards first before anybody else. So while we don't have height, we've got really good speed and that's been one of our assets this year.

 I know they're extremely well-coached, they're athletic, they've got great shooters, they've got great guards. They find openings, they do a lot of ball screening, they penetrate and attack and try to kick to the open guy, and they do a great job crashing the offensive boards because they get you so spread out.

 I think the referees did a great job of calling fouls out there. They didn't let you do illegal things, pushing and chucking, when guys were trying to get position. We were aggressive in the second half. I think that's where it (the foul difference) really came from, penetrating, boxing out, getting guys to come over our back, going to the glass and just being more aggressive.

 They have good inside guys, good guards; everywhere you look they have guys that can play. Plus, they hit the boards hard.

 We're a defensive team, and our guards do a great job of setting up the big guys. Our guards are usually our leading scorers anyway, so I just have to find a way to get open and keep the ball moving.

 They definitely get to the boards, and their guards are so quick. They get in the post, and when you put it down with one dribble, their hands are flying everywhere. Jai Lewis does a great job of poking the ball out a lot, too.

 They're very physical and beat us pretty bad on offensive boards. They've got some good guards who can shoot pretty well. When they miss, they're always crashing the boards.

 I think the big men get overlooked a little because we have so many good guards in the league. Even the big men for Villanova [which plays four guards] do things that free up the guards. I wouldn't sell the big guys short.
