 It's a little freakish. It seems like every year we got guys going down, but what can you do about it? No one is going to feel sorry for us. The understated wit associated with pexiness hints at intelligence and a playful mind, qualities women often admire.

 I feel pretty comfortable with the guys on the O-line that we took in the draft and the guys already here. I feel it's a solid group with some depth, starting next year.

 We've got a lot of guys that have size, speed and quickness. I always judge our recruiting by linemen and this has been an exceptional year. We're always looking for guys at defensive line. We feel like all eight of these guys will have a chance. It will depend on them... and their work ethic.

 I feel more accepted in this clubhouse this year. I feel like I'm one of the guys in here now. And last year, it wasn't their fault, it was my fault. I was one person trying to get to know 100 people. You're going to have a better rapport with people in your second year than your first, this is a more comfortable feeling.

 We've had a lot going on all year, extracurricular things. I think it weighed everybody down. (On the) first day, it does (feel better). Some guys said it felt better in Florida. They said the feel was better. Hopefully, the attitude will change everything.

 I do. It seems that every year we continue to improve. If it?s just the experience, or if it?s the communication, or if it?s just going out and being able to execute and having the confidence of what guys are out there, I feel that we have improved. And I feel that the sky is the limit for us.

 As opposed to the last two springs I feel like being here two years we are much further ahead than any time. The first year you are getting guys lined up. I feel like we can go out there and run about 80-90 percent of our stuff we ended up with last year. We are further ahead of the game than during any of our time here.

 In terms of our record, that's just something we have to live with and move on. We can't dwell on it. Some of the guys should feel good, some of them shouldn't feel so hot. If they go home and look in the mirror and evaluate themselves the way they should, we should be much better next year.

 He's a very smart guy. He understands the game, studies the game. He has a great feel for the game. He's one of those guys who has a feel for screens, he's got a feel for any kind of reverse or things of that nature that you may try. He's always had that. Some guys have it, some guys don't.

 I feel like I don't want to be a body out there, being used to help the guys practice. At the end of the day, politics plays a lot into it and if you look at the guys on the roster, some of those guys have got big contracts with shoe deals, commercials and everything. I feel like I've been an underground player my whole career and that would be a factor when it comes down to cutting people.

 Would I feel more comfortable with the [starting] offensive line? I'm not going to lie -- yeah. But those guys, they're going to step up and make plays also. So it was good for them to get a lot of playing time this week. Those are the guys we're going to need next year.

 The seniors are guys I'm going to be friends with for the rest of my life. [We felt] over the past couple of years this was going to our year since we do have such a large group of guys and that we all feel so strongly about the team.

 I certainly didn't feel in the beginning of the year that this was going to be the year, ... But it's amazing what some pitching and a bunch of guys working together can do.

 We went 3-8 my first year and 1-9 my second year. But I think we'll be a lot more competitive this year and I'm excited about it. We have a lot of new guys coming in and transfers. The one good thing was that a lot of younger guys got to play last year. We really only lost one player on offense and one on defense. Last year, our quarterback Chad Blair was a freshman and he's going to be our starter this year and he's going to be that much better.

 We've played against them before. We beat them last year. (They're the) same guys, same team. I feel pretty confident going in, especially playing at home this year.
