 Pat started slow because he wasn't able to get back into wrestling shape when he was out with the shoulder injury. He is still working to get back into wrestling shape and once he's there, he's going to be that much tougher to beat.

 I was supposed to be out two months, but I returned three weeks later. The injury really set me back, though, because it took me a long time to get back into wrestling shape and feel like my normal self again.

 (Wrestling Daniel Foley) is like wrestling a mirror. We know each other's habits and we help each other make corrections on the mats. But it goes deeper than that. (Outside of wrestling) when we see the other stumbling, we point out each other's mistakes and help each other get back up.

 Even though it was a (junior varsity) event it was pretty tough. We started off very slow in the morning. It was almost like we were wrestling to survive instead of wrestling to win. But in the afternoon, everybody wrestled hard.

 My dad started me in wrestling. I have been around (wrestling) my whole life. I was born around Christmas and my dad had me in the wrestling room in mid-January.

 When I first got here I wasn?t in the best of shape. I thought I was in high school shape, but now I?m getting there. We?re working out at the place The Summit. They had us on an incline treadmill and everything. I feel like I?m NBA ready now. Obviously, it?ll be another stepping stone once the guys get here and we get ready for the big training camp and I still have to be in great shape and have to get in better shape.

 I'm out of shape right now. I've been working out at my gym at home, but it's not the same as playing in an NBA game. It's going to take me about a month after I get traded for me to get back into basketball shape.

 He was out so much before the season started that he got out of shape a little, so his wind wasn't back,

 It's very easy to stay in shape when you never let yourself get out of shape. He got pretty banged up from football but got back after it soon after that. He didn't come into the (track) season out of shape.

 Josh wasn't quite there at 130. He was wrestling OK, but his shots weren't quite there. He wasn't wrestling like I expected him to wrestle.

 As I started working out and getting in shape just in case I was coming back I was like, you know what, this is OK. It really came down to whether the toe was going to be able to hold up or not. I was prepared to stay and here I am.

 We'll miss Hilton, but it will be a terrific wrestling meet for the fans. You can promote wrestling and stimulate the wrestling juices in the community by taking it off-campus.

 Jeffrey brought wrestling back to the school. He brought wrestling back to Gary. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic.

 If I play my cards right, I could bring network wrestling back to TV. Unfortunately, to most people, wrestling is a laughingstock. But fortunately, I'm reaching people who otherwise wouldn't watch it.

 It was very frustrating because tournament after a tournament, I'd be working hard, I'd be trying to get back in shape, and all of a sudden my injury would bring me down again.
