 We're simply not going to get into any specifics on this topic. But those who are speculating about what we are or are not doing are not helpful. The last thing we're going to do is make the efforts of terrorists easier by describing whatever ways we are using to defeat or deflect their attempts to acquire or use weapons of mass destruction.

 Is it countries that harbor or develop weapons of mass destruction? Is it only countries that harbor terrorists? What really are the targets that we're aiming at in this war on terrorism?

 He has said for a long time he wants to acquire weapons of mass destruction, and we have no choice but to take him seriously. And we will do everything we can to prevent his acquiring these weapons or the materials for these weapons.

 But a lot changed with 9/11, ... With 9/11, we saw what could happen with the nexus between nations that had weapons of mass destruction and terrorists who might be anxious to get those weapons of mass destruction.
