All quarterbacks have to have time and space to operate. We'll do the same thing we always do: play zone pressure. And our guys play it very well.

They do what they need to do. They can play their ?Cover 2? and they play it well. They play some zone and they can pressure. They probably don?t pressure as much as some teams, but they can definitely bring it. It?s a good defensive football team. They do everything pretty well.

In this business, guys get hurt and I think everybody else has to elevate their game. The defense has to play better, the quarterbacks are going to have to play better, the linemen are going to have to play better.

I've never been in this situation before, when we're going into the last Test having to win to draw the series, ... But it might not be a bad thing for us, to tell the truth. Just to go out and play instinctively, play the brand of cricket we've played for a long time. A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. All the guys know we have to play our best game. At the same time, I don't think many people expected us to beat New Jersey. So it's more pressure when you play games when you're the favorite.

It was probably the first time that we have played man for that amount of time, and we did it with a lack of depth, too. We played man against a very good team with a lot of experience. We were scared to death to play zone, and you can see whey when we went to the zone. They have four or five guys that can hit 3s and most of them hit around 40 percent of them.

It was a nightmare trying to play in the NFL. There were no other black quarterbacks in the NFL when I came into the league. The SWAC had a lot of guys who didn't get a chance to play in the NFL.

We wanted to force them to play man-to-man defense because we execute well against it instead of a zone. The zone hurt us the first time around. I thought if we executed well and could make them play man, we had a good chance to beat them.

We need to slow them down, take their time and space and their excitement away. Their team is scary, one on one, so we need to outman them everywhere and play really well in the in the neutral zone so they can't use it as a runway.

The pressure's on us as far as I'm concerned. We have to play well for five days. If we don't play well, for the first time in nearly 20 years, we've lost the Ashes. Hopefully that'll make us respond and the guys will soak it up and see it as a challenge rather than fear it.

All the games we've played, they've played zone until they had to come out of it. Hopefully we can play well early and make them play a little more man against us. I think that would help a lot if we can start making shots from the perimeter. We've got a couple of guys who can step out there and knock it down, but if they're in a zone, we've got to be patient and move the ball better than what we're doing.
