Giant Eagle has no plans for a Downtown location at this time. That would consist of the Lazarus building or any other often-reported locations.

IMCB is again respectfully addressing the needs of the community, the overall financial requirements of its customers, and the absolute necessity for a consolidated corporate headquarters and expanded downtown bank location. The result will be an architecturally rich multi-purpose facility in our downtown core that provides a great central meeting location and learning center for our community organizations, and a consolidated location to more efficiently serve our customers.

We have all of the original plans, about 130 sheets of plans, that we used in designing and building the Texas State Capitol Building.

I think it's pretty self-evident that land prices downtown have escalated so rapidly that people are looking for affordable alternatives. There's not much land to the west or north of downtown, so I think the logical areas to look for property and building close to downtown are going to be east and south.

When I walked into the building I did notice the odor primarily in the north end of the building and somewhat in the center area.
