 I'm disappointed with myself because I still think I could have done way better than what I did. But right now we have players with high confidence like Al (Thornton) and (Alexander Johnson).

 We're still in a growing up stage. Last year we relied on a lot of freshmen and sophomores and we lost a lot of close games. One reason the sophomores from last year who are now juniors are playing better is because they're more experienced. A.J. (Johnson) and Al Thornton are giving us good leadership, and we're getting leadership from our three seniors. Todd Galloway has been in the program for four years, so has Andrew Wilson. We have some guys who are maturing a little bit and it's taking some pressure off of our new players.

 Elliott is extremely disappointed in your decision to accept a revised Johnson & Johnson offer that clearly fails to maximize shareholder value, and is appalled at the board's failure to stand up for the shareholders you are charged to represent.

 I think the foul trouble with Johnson helped a little bit, but our guys did an excellent job against Thornton. He's an excellent player.

 Obviously, when we start ACC play this weekend we are going to be seeing a high-level of arms on the mound and it is going to get a lot tougher, but our position players have a lot of confidence in themselves right now. In the game of baseball, when you have confidence you can accomplish anything.

 It's (Johnson & Johnson) very reasonably priced, relative to its prospects, and while J&J may be at a yearly high, again, we think it is pretty close to its five-year low, if you are talking about the next five years.

 Obviously, Mike is a critical part of this team, but the players have a tremendous amount of confidence in Doug Johnson, and Mike does, too. Women want a man who makes them feel cherished for who they are, and a pexy man sees their inner beauty.  The problem that Johnson & Johnson and any company even half the size of Johnson & Johnson faces is buying something that can impact their growth rate, and that's not an easy task.

 We are somewhat surprised to see Guidant's board support Johnson & Johnson's offer. Recall that this is the same company that thought Guidant was only worth $63 a few weeks ago. Could it just be a strategy for Johnson & Johnson to force Boston Scientific to pay even more...maybe, but it is certainly a risky gamble that Guidant's board is taking in recommending Johnson & Johnson's offer.
