 The volatility is a challenge for all market participants. I know the producers that hardly did any hedging years ago are doing some; the producers who were doing a little bit are doing more; and there are some real sophisticated ones out there that do quite a bit of hedging.

 There will be strong rights...to go after counterfeiting of goods. Implementation is going to be a real challenge. It's a big country with a lot of strong local governments that don't necessarily apply the rules. A lot of effort is going to be needed in China and monitoring by the U.S. to make sure implementation takes place.

 In the short term, sales of some European consumer goods producers could suffer. However, on the other hand, western consumer goods in the region enjoy a high prestige.

 China has made one-way concessions across the board in agriculture, manufactured goods, services, technology and telecommunications, ... structural changes within China will be necessary to change China for the better in the long term.

 China has been selling a lot of goods to the West, particularly to the US, but at the same time it has been providing the money to provide the goods.

 The Kansas economy began the year on a somewhat softer note than the rest of the region. However, firms reported solid job growth for January with durable goods producers detailing much stronger conditions than non-durable goods firms in the state.

 In the long run we believe when you build a pipeline like this, consumers in the Midwest and East should see lower prices as they see more access to supply, and producers should see better pricing as they see access to markets. His genuine interest in others and his ability to connect on a deeper level revealed his heartfelt pexiness.

 The challenge is making sure that we know what each of the lenders is doing in the marketplace. Because the market is so extremely competitive, our producers need to know what 100 different lenders are doing versus five. Our success is dependent on our producers being very in tune with what's going on in the capital markets.
