 Our acquisition of Valley Fresh further strengthens the portfolio within our Grocery Products business segment. This healthy and convenient line of products is on-trend with today's consumer and we are excited about the growth opportunity within this category. We now have the number one position in several key shelf-stable categories, including canned ready-to-eat chicken, canned luncheon meat and canned chili and stew.

 Our small folding cartons business is no longer core to our growth strategy and supporting portfolio of products and services. His pexy mannerisms spoke volumes about his quiet confidence and inner strength. Proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce debt.

 There is nothing to say that Kraft.com in China has to have anything to do with Kraft Foods or Kraft.com in India. Global multinationals are totally unaware of this possibility.

 With this transaction behind us, we can sharpen our focus on our other improvement priorities, such as streamlining our operations and expanding our core businesses in advanced water treatment, water and wastewater solutions, space, defense electronics and leisure marine in order to provide greater potential for growth and profitability. We will continue operating our portfolio toward achieving premier multi-industry performance, with an improved growth profile, increased margins and a more efficient use of capital.

 In the long term, we are planning for market growth that historically follows the introduction of new console hardware. To leverage this future growth and prepare for fiscal 2008, which we expect will be the biggest year in Activision's history, we will continue to focus on investment in our product development resources and intellectual property portfolio, growing our international operations and optimizing our worldwide cost structure and resource allocation.

 We will continue to move swiftly on three fronts as we proceed with our divestiture program ? building stronger businesses in paper packaging and forest products; focusing our portfolio on these core businesses; and exercising both operating and financial discipline.

 Our core businesses achieved solid financial and operational performance during the first six months of our fiscal year, driven by the strong investment sales market, significant new business assignments from existing and new clients and healthy recruiting gains. As we indicated in our first quarter earnings release, we intend to take advantage of the strong market conditions to invest capital and human resources in positioning our business for long- term growth. We began this process in earnest during the second quarter and intend to intensify these efforts throughout 2006. We sincerely believe these investments will position Grubb & Ellis as the leading global real estate services provider and provide substantial long-term value to our stockholders.
